StorageOS Unveils Its New Container-Based Storage Software

Today at DockerCon 2016 in Seattle, Washington, a new on-demand storage startup, StorageOS, announced the beta of its new container-based storage software. StorageOS claims that their new software will make it easier for software developers to create, test, deploy, scale and rebuild containerized applications with enterprise-class production storage. They go on to claim that their new software-based storage solution improves application development and testing by automating the management of persistent containerized storage, increasing scale and availability and securely moving data between servers, virtual machines or clouds.
